More winter fun

Got a small group of 5 together today and headed for the hills. We rode Rampart Range, which is just west of Sadalia, CO. Thought I would share some pictures of the ride.

Great pics. Looks like fun. So which tire hooked up the best in the snow?
Rockers, bear claws, big horns, or mud lights?

Thanks for sharing the photos. I'm jealous! Just out of curiosity...which quad did the best in deep snow?

Awesome pics man. I'm always jealous to see the pictures of you guys that are lucky enough to get to ride in the winter. Around here all the trails are shut down to ATV traffic once there is snow on the ground. As a snowmobiler I understand why, but the atv rider in me hates it!!!!

I would say in this order;
1-Rockers
2-Bighorns
3-Bear Claws
4-Mudlights

I don't know if was just tires, or a combination of tires and power, but a couple of times I had to break the trail where nobody else could do it. By far the worst tire was the Mudlights. All three Grizzley's were 700's, so it made for a really good tire comparison between the Horns, Claws and Mudlights. The white XP is a 550 and my green XP is a 850.
