which Hatfield McCoy HM trails system is the best???
OK guys,
this has probably been asked in redundancy so link me if you know of a good thread.
But Id like know what trail system you like the best and why. please let me know your opinions. THere really isn't much information about how the systems differ on the the trailsheaven website.
I have a week planned out there and want to hit the best places if we can. IT is just me and my buddy and we are both pretty avid riders so we would love to avoid the really easy trail systems unless they have some great vistas
I have never been down there so any help would be great
thanks!!!

If you are there for a week, ride them all. They all have nice points of interest to see. With that said, Little Coal River is generally considered the tamest.

I have ridden them all and I would say that Rockhouse/Browning Fork is the best and is definitely the most popular. If you have a week I would base myself out of Gilbert and trailer to the other trailheads.

All of them are great!
However, if you like being able to ride "outlaw" trails also, the area around Ashland has plenty of riding not on the H-M system, but accessible from Ashland. You can check out the "stair steps", The Wagon Wheel area and anything inbetween!
All this is local for me!

i think h&m is one of the best places to ride in the country. i really like going to ashland also. u can ride indian ridge and pinnacle creek from the same campground. the connector trail alone is 12 miles long. also there is a third trail going in there. check ashlandatvresort.com to get up dates.
