Wisconsin Trails & Trip Advice

I'm looking for some suggestions on trips and trails in Wisconsin over the Memorial Day weekend. A few years ago I spent time around the central area of the state near Minong, Clam Lake & Hayward. There were some nice trails and it was pretty simple to find services along the way.

Anyone have some suggestions? I'm just looking for a couple days of riding. Park my pickup and pack everything onto my quad for the two days.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Great Trails isn Wisconsin

This last weekend I went to a great ATV riding area in Central Wisconsin east of the Black River falls area. Clark County is very ATV friendly. There are many well maintained trails, loops, some special technical playgrounds. You could stay in the Black River Falls area or even closer in Neillsville. If you like to camp there are some absolutely super public campgrounds at Russel Memorial CG and Snyder Lake CG--and one at Rock Dam. There is a nice B&B called the Tufts Mansion in Neillsville f you want something special. Excellent drive in eating. Tiwns and bergs are ATV friendly and The campgrounds are on the trail. If you like state forest trails--that connect with the clark county system you can camp at Pigeon Creek State Park at the South end of the system. In any event It would be very hard to cover all the trails in a couple of days. We have camped there four times and always find new places to see. This is really a nice area with over 100 miles of well maintained trails and we will return !!!
