Unless you know someone with a lot of property in NJ, there is no place to legally ride... I'd be interested in knowing of some places in eastern PA to ride.. We used to make the Paragon trek, but thats no more..
I just found the thread for PA trails.. good stuff

This time of year is the only time i do ride in new jersey only because the lakes are frozen. Been told by a state cop that its not illegal quad just needs to be registered and you have to wear a life jacket.

Whats unfortunate about this whole situation is that kids in monster trucks continue to scar NJ woods and trails. And are getting away with it at an alarming rate. We all own these forests and they are keeping them from us. This state drives me nuts!!!! I don't exactly know the number of ATV owners in this state but I suspect the state is missing out on a lot of revenue. Because I'm sure we would all take a required class or buy some sort of permit. Then those of us who were legal would be a mobile police force for those who aren't. Oh well I was born here I will just have to take it I guess.
