Looking for new Texas trails.

I have ridden Bulcher on the Red River, Lake Murray in OK, and Rocky Ridge. I was wanting to see if anyone knew of any other good trails near Denton?

No, but if you find any I'd be interested. I tried the place at Lake Grapevine called Marshall Creek and it wasn't good. Trails too narrow, poorly marked one way trails, no trees in the parking area, no hills, no rocks etc. The guy that watches the gate hassled us in the parking lot and made us show him our day passes. Like there was some way to get our pickups and trailers in there around all the damned pipe fence.

Its not Denton, but Bridgeport has a pretty good one mostly rocks though. I like to go there a lot along with the others you mentioned. I think most everything else is in east texas. and a few aroud Austin.

I will definitely check out Bridgeport, that's not to far from me, and it's near the lake i'd imagine. I haven't heard of the one in Grapevine.

Not so much by the lake it is on 114 north of 380 heading to Chico. right at the edge of town on the south bound side of the road. You have to pass it up and find the next turn around and head back twards town. It says something about being an industrial park and there is bridgeport oil field services next to the entrance. You go down a dirt rode it will fork haed right and take the road back up in there till you see the gate and the building in the middle of the rode. Let me no when you want to go I am off next weekend. maybe we can meet up!

there is a ok place to ride north of bonham tx on the red river. red river atv park. It has trails sand hills, and limited river access. if it has been raining there is Alot of Mud and some creek bottoms throughout the trails. They also have hookups for rv, or primitive camping. there are some youtube vids on it, one is mine.

You could go with us next time to some land that butts up against bulcher. Sometimes we ride the creek onto blucher, and most ofthe time we are on my friends land camping next door. You can ride at night there lol. And we make our own trails. Plus it's free and a couple of thousand acres. We have a blast making our own trails, cutting down trees, and winching people out of the creeks. It's rough terrain, but we get about 4-7 of us and explore around. Then if we want to get on some easy trails, we go over to blucher across the creek.
