Places to ride in the Austin area?

Anyone know of any places to go ride? I just got a new ride and want to try it out.

I've heard this is good Hidden Falls Adventure Park - About Us, but have never been there myself. I had a hell of a good time at River Run In Jacksonville tX earlier this year. Maybe we could meet up for a ride sometime?

Sounds good. I'm gonna head out to Hidden Falls tomorrow around 10.

Thanks

I have found Texas to very lacking in places for serious riding. My buddies from Dallas stop in Amarillo to pick me up, then we drive to Moab, Utah. The BEST riding! Colorado comes in second! Plan for a week long trip Not very close to Austin, but worth the trip.

Hidden Falls Adventure Park is in Marble Falls is pretty rocky. I went about 2 months ago and didn't hit any mud. I live in Paige (about an hour outside of Austin) and would highly suggest General Sam's Offroad Park in Huntsville. Well worth the drive! No other places near Austin I have found...

I went to Hidden Falls last weekend as well. It is very rocky! If it had rained then that place would have rocked! I am planning a trip to General Sams in the near future.

Yeah General Sams is by far the best place to go that I have been. A bunch of us are going riding and camping out there closer to Thanksgiving. Let me know if you wanna go. Always good to ride with others so you don't have to wait to get pulled out!

That sounds great. Let me know the exact dates and I'll see what I can do.

Racegun, just wanted to let you know a few of us are going riding on this Saturday at General Sam's in Huntsville. Thought I would extend an offer to you if you're up for a run. Let me know!
