Removing front storage rack ?
Got a new Guru ATV Brush guard and they say it's easier to install if you remove the front rack , just wondering how much trouble that was ? I'll take any tips !!
Thanks

if you mean the front storage box, there are 4 self tapping bolts through the bottom of the box when you lift the lid (sorry, cant remember what size wrench). there are also a total of 8 plastic screws that you need a trox allen wrench to get them out. (again, sorry i cant remember the size again) there are 2 torx on the back of the box (handlebar side if you are standing in front of the machine) on each side of the steering post. There are also 2 more torx screws in each wheel well that screw up into the box for a total of 8. Remove those and it lifts right out.

I will take a look at your tire thread. And if you want/need to pull the bumper off, unclip the headligh wire harness, then there are just 4 bolts inside that little pocket your winch is in. And then the bumper should come off as well.

Seems that you really need to remove the front storage rack to perfectly install the brush guard.
