Quick 3 light Mod wiring question
Im having a issue finding the GREEN wire in the pod area. Please see below.
Relay terminal #30 connect to Polaris green wire - Is this the green wire thats going to the low beam lights? I just want to make sure before I trace it down from the front headlight and tie into it.
Thanks!

Yes the green wire is the one that goes to your low beam lights.

How did you make out, are you up lighting up the night now? I originally did the diode mod, but after hearing all your discussions I decided to order a relay. I plan on doing it up next weekend and wanted to be sure the wiring worked out for you. I think I'll be fine since antonio who posted on your orginal thread has got the same bike I do and he listed that wiring plan too.
30----> green lo beam
87----> red power (mines orange and white 12 volt outlet)
86----> yellow hi beam
85----> brown ground (from 12 volt outlet)
This is how you did it, correct?
When I do it, I am going to make a you tube vid and post it up here.
Thanks!

Its funny you posted this today. I just got back into town and wired up the 3 light mod and went great! You are correct on the relay numbers with the wire colors.

Sweet, looks great! Looking forward to doing mine next weekend, and knowing that the relay isn't going to fry my switch.
