Retrofit Front Storage Box

I would like to add the front storage box and rear storage box from an '05 and up Sportsman to my '04 700 EFI. They seem to come up occassionally pretty cheap on ebay. Does anyone know if this is as simple as removing the current rack and adding the box or would it involve extensive modification? Also for the rear storage, Can you just bolt up or does it again require a lot of modification?
