Custom polaris extreme grill guard 2011 850 xp
did some serious fabrication on mine polaris grillguard . had some help from a friend with a fabrication shop, the radiator is protected with 1/8 plate oval punched then welded in place , the front skidplate is 1/8 plate. the lower d ring is for serious pulling its bolted to the winch mount, the top d rings are for tie downs it took a day to get done but worth the time . I put 27 ITP XTR's mounted on ITP T7 beadlock rims( i wanted black rings but i could only get the polished aluminum) polaris front and back lock n ride storage. polaris rear bumper(left that stock) gun case and windshield also but took those off since its not hunting season and its 60 degrees outside. ricochet skidplates from one of our sponsers atv superstore  [IMG]  [/IMG]

thanks blueline. crimson850 mine friend had about 8 to hrs in it I would guess around 300 to 350 and the shipping would be around 40 to 50 bucks. but the problem is, i wouldnt be comfortable sending it unless you have some fabricating skills. once I took it off after it was welded . it didnt fit excalty as it did so i had to grind some holes a little bigger and put a jack under the plate to get the bolts on . its not hard but just to warn you its a from scratch custom job and that means fitting and refitting. and thats alot of dough, for brush gaurd that you paid 200 bucks for already. If your intrested i will talk to mine friend and see if he wants to do another.

The thought went thru mine head on a guru awsome grill gaurd. I wanted the xtra protection of the front skid plate for going thru brush, and I like the looks of the polaris style grillguard, I know guru makes one like the polaris but theres no protection for the lower part by the winch, but this way I get both worlds protection and the look I want. thanks for the compliment thor
