atv forum motor mount

Have a 2001 Sportsman 500HO and do most of my riding on old logging roads and mountain trails 200 miles north of Ottawa, ON. Fishing trips require bringing a small outboard with me. I have a large cargo box on the front rack and a drop cargo rack mounted in the rear. Anyone have ideas or suggestions on how to safely stow the outboard other than padding it and tying it down behind the seat?

wouldnt take much to build one off your reciever...

Thought of that but having the drop rack complicates it a bit. Besides I don't want to risk an $800 motor by using it as a rear bumper.
