Jetting for 9000 ft up to 12000 ft.
I posted this in the sportsman forum, but figured someone here might be able to answer some of these questions also.
I have a 2010 Sportsman 400 HO and a 2010 Trailblazer 330. I'm taking my oldest kids to Taylor Lake Colorado this summer and have been wondering what my jetting should be? I have been riding dirt bikes in Colorado for many years so I am familiar with re-jetting. Does someone make a jetting kit for these like J.D Jetting kits for the dirt bikes? Do you have to adjust the needle along with the main jet, or are most of you just changing your main jet???? Sorry for all the questions, I'm hoping someone here will have experience with jetting for 9000 feet up to 12000 feet?
