Anyone installed these on their machine. Mine is a 2011 550 X2- if design matters.
Does the nut plate just have to dangle out of the metal floorboard brackets?
That's the only way I can seem to get it to line up.
No coverage on the front of the floorboard?
Do you have any pictures?
This part of the install has become a bit frustrating.
Drilling a different hole in the skid looks as though I could accomplish a much easier and more secure install. Plus cover more of the front of the floorboard where I believe more severe rock impact will occur.
Am I doing this wrong?
Advise please.

Never mind. I'm an idiot. I've been interpreting the picture (instructions) as looking at the top of the skids but when I switched sides with the floorboard protectors I realized they are showing me the underside. This problem only became apparent because the floorboard protectors are 2 different sizes.
