Rear fender conversion

Hi,
I have an '08 sportsman with a tilt tray on the rear that I would like to be able to remove for day trips and replace with a plastic fender. Does anyone know of a fender that will fit with minimal conversion to the chassis as the tray will still be used on 2-3 day trips?
