The ride n' rest price my have gone up since I ordered mine. I know mine was $54 shipped to the door. No issues so far. It is durable and waterproof. Also, it washes off really easy. Mud/dirt does not stick to this material. As far as it working with the cargo box, I am not sure but i don't see it working well because you need to attack it to the rack. And i don't see that being possible with the cargo box sitting flat on the rear rack.
