Hi,

here a some photos of my modification to use the standatd Polaris L&R XP Rear CargoBox with my Touring.

With this combination I'm able to...

... use the box with driver seat
... use the box together with the passenger seat
... convert all in seconds.

Here we are:

The extention material is Polyoxymethylen Copolymer (POM-C), .78 inch thick.

You can put more than 110 lbs on it.

Very nice job on the fabrication, it looks almost like it came with the quad. Good way to increase the cargo capacity. I'm sure you'll get some interest from other touring owners.

i second that... looks VERY nice and very OEM...
why did you go with plastic over say sheet alum...?i would think it would resist more weight... although... you can only fit so much into a polaris box...
