2003 polaris bumper

After looking for options for my gen IV sportsman 500 H.O. I was having a lot of trouble finding anything that I really liked. I happened to run across a polaris rear bumper for a 2011 sportsman and got to looking at it and realized that it might fight. So I went ahead and purchased it and I was right it mounted right up. It does look a little out of place but it does serve its purpose and it does kind of give it a new updated look. I do prefer it over the tubular rear bumper that I have on the front as well. Anyway heres a pic. Like i said it looks a little out of place but it definitely serves it purpose and it was only $60. Best I could do since guru isnt manufacturing anything for the gen IV models.

might want to post the part numbers and what you needed to make this for others!

and honestly, doesnt really look out of place... im sure if you get/have a rear box on her it will look very nice!

thanks for the compliment. I didn't need anything special to make it work honestly. It literally bolted right up. So I guess as long as you have the square rack supports then it should work for others too. But its polaris part #2878237. I do plan on getting the Wes Standard rear lounger in the very near future!

Not bad at all and you now have more tie down locations. Did the tail lights line up to the holes in the bumper so you can see them?

Looks good! I found a used Polaris twin tube style on E-bay. It needed a paint job but at least I found one. I didn't think I needed one. But after watching several people get rear ended I decided maybe I could use some protection back there. LOL
