Brush Guard Lights Installed
Got my last upgrade done before the riding season. I installed some lights on my brushguard.
Polaris makes it super easy to install stuff on your quad as there are quite a few extra 12 volt sources tied up under the front panel.

How are the lights attached to your brush guard? Did you have to make some special brackets for them? Do you have any daytime close up photos of how they're mounted that you could post. I'd like to add some additional lights also.

There are mounting holes for lights on the front brush guard. I just ran the post of the lights through those holes and tightened it down with a lock nut and washer so it couldn't shake loose while I'm riding.
I wrapped the power leads with black friction tape, and pulled them wire leads thru the front grill and plugged into a quick connector right in front of the radiator so If I break a light or need a new set all I need to do is switch out the lights, and plug them in.
It was crazy easy to do, as there are two unused twelve volt sources under the front rack that you can tie into with no problems.
I Installed the switch on the headlight pod and stashed the relay and fuse in the headlight pod.
I honestly could have wired them into the same circuit as the main headlights, but wanted to be able to switch all the lights on and off independently plus I didn't want to draw too many amps on that circuit.

NEAT ! Where are you guys finding those pan cake type lighted rocker switches? I'll have to check my brush guards as I didn't notice whether or not I had any holes in the for mounting lights.
