Question Tires For Sportsman 335 4x4.

I just purchased my first Polaris ATV and the tires are just about shot. Iv been searching and found some tires I want to but im stumped on the sizes. The original fronts are 23x7-10 and the backs are 24x11-10's. Now since it is a 335 I don't want am extremely large tire just something moderate. I was thinking of running 24x11-10's all the way around would that be possible? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hey there, i`ve also got a 335 sportsman 1999 and i also was wondering how to upgrade my tires. What i did was bought a set of stock wheels of a new razor (guy was upgrading his tires)25-8-12 25-10-12. I was concerned with changing the overall diameter of the wheels(fronts were 23 rear were 24) but after about 800 miles there has been no problems, also gave me the additional clearance i needed for my glacier plow. Hope this helps.

I had a 335 Sportsman and I put McCreary Trail Breaker's on it...26" in the back and 25" in the front with 12 " rims... I could go where the 500's couldn't.. I would just drive right by them in the mud....However it did slow it down quite a bit..Just put it in low gear...You have to keep that 1" separation for drive train reasons...The stock tires suck period...

My old Polaris I think is about the same one as yours. I still have it and use it as a spare whenever I bring a guest hunting. I googled OEM tires for a Sportsman 335 and a link brought me here.

I need a tire being the ones on the bike are the originals and are dry rotted and one is flat in the back.

I read the tire sizes on front and back and came away with these

24x11.5-10 on the rear
24x8-12 on the front

So I go looking to buy a used tire and it seems these sizes are like non existent. I need a rear tire cause it won't hold air anymore.

Any ideas ?

THIS ^^^^
If you don't you're playing Russian roulette with your transmission/transfer case/rear drive assembly.
