Goodyear Mud runners

Has anyone ran these tires on their machine? The dealer says that they are comparable to the ITP 589's but the price he is giving me i am think not. Just wonder if anyone else and what their opinion is.

They are a very good all around tire. Not quite as aggressive as the 589s but I can guarantee they ride a heck of a lot smoother. The longer center lug really helps on hardpack. Yes they're pricey but if you shop around you can find a deal. I got mine from treadepot.com for a good price several years ago. They had over 4000 miles on them when I sold the bike. The 589s don't wear quite as well.

Goodyear mud runners are a good tire and they will be smoother on hard packed surfaces than the 589. The ITP MudLite may also be worth considering.

I have had Goodyear (Rawhide) and ITP (589 and Terracross) tires and both are American made and of the highest quality.

I went cheap on my 1st four wheeler and bought KENDA tires and I was dissappointed......you get what you pay for.

I won't ever buy tires from a dealer. WAY over priced. Shop online for them. Great deals and usually with free shipping. Many tire shops will mount them for you (i have even seen that walmart will if they are not on the atv when you bring them in). Try bikebandit.com or rockymountainatv.com. I have boughtt ires from both and got the best deal i could. Free shipping form both too.

SNW629: That is what I thought too and all the places online that do have them are very limited and have found none that have any for 14" rims. Dealer suppose to get them in this friday and said he will call me to let me know final price but is guesstimating 600-800 for a set...ouch.

Call Rocky Mountain ATV. I bought tires from them and a set of ITP Terracross was around $400.
