if there a 4/156 bolt pattern. yes they will. think the back rims on a 99 sportsman were 10" rims the stock rims for a 08 sportsman are 12" rims. i know the rims from my 08 sportsman will fit on a 00' sportsman. they only reason you have 2 differnt parts numers are becuse one is a 12" and one is a 10" rim.

I have A 1999 Sportsman 500. I changed the 10s to 12s. In addition, my brothers camo rims from his 07 700 Sportsman fit my 500.

pretty much all newer like 97 or 98 and up are 4/156 my 00 polaris was that and so is my new 08 sportsman
