The stock 489 II tires on my 2011 850 xp are bias ply? So I was thinking of putting on some Carlisle ACT radials for a better ride without adding any weight!! Had the PXTs on a 2005 500 HO and they we're a great stock tire.

I'm doing Radial Mud Bugs, better traction, 6ply, and you only add 10lbs total to the machine, fronts are 2lb heavier each and the rears are 3lbs. If you have the alum wheels you can get some stock steelies, they're lighter than the fancy alums too, might be enough to balance out....
