Sedona Ripsaw vs Maxxis Bighorn

Hi,
has anybody tried this 2 tires and can compare it?

Is the Sedona better than the Bighorn?

I need a set of new tires.
Thanks,
Canonball

I have the BH. Very solid tire. Wear like iron. Slightly oversized--26" is a big tire. Work week on trails and general riding. Excel at rock crawling. Passable in mud--better than average but not its strongest area. If I had it to do all over again I would still get the BHs. Tried and proven.

I have bighorns and LOVE them. This is not my first set, however I saw a set of the RipSaws and would like to try them out. They are a good looking tire and may be another option

I have not seen any Sedona's in action but I can tell you that all I will put on my atv's are the Maxxis Bighorns. Great ride, great handling, great all terrain performance and they wear like iron.

I can definatley vouch for the BigHorns as being a rugged tire. I'm a bit of a tire nut so I went with the GBC Dirt Commanders this time around.....wish I stayed with the BH's....No issue with the durability or traction, in fact the forward and reverse is slightly better as well as the off camber. My only issue is the fact that they run just over an inch small. GBC wouldnt do anything for me when I called and I'll lose money and time off the rim if I send them back to the dealer. I have to eat this set i guess. Back to Maxxis for me after this.....

I also have the Big Horns and love them!!

The biggest difference is the BH is a Radial and the Rip saw is a Bias. Now that I write that, I'm thinking I saw they now make a radial Ripsaw But not sure...

The BH is a tire moat everyone compares themselves too...that speaks volumes to me. I bought BH's..
