tires for 2011 500

I'm looking at putting new tires on my 2011 500 H.O. I'm thinking of going with 26" spartacus. My atv has stock Carlisle on it and they are 25x10x12 front and 25x12x12 back but they sure dont look that wide. Does anyone know if I can run the same size tires in 26" on this atv? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Ryan

Morning Ryan!

Are you sure about that size of your front tire? Stockers are usually 8" wide sometimes 9" wide. But 10" wide will rub with factory rims.

To answer your question no I do not think these tires will fit and 100% clear if your running stock Back Spaced rims. BUT a set of 1" spacers WILL allow you to run them WITH 100% clearance! You could also just buy new rims and get the same clearances.

BTW the GBC Spartacus is a excellent choice!!

I thought I may have to do that. That's not a problem. The tires say 25x10 and 25x12 but they don't measure that wide. I didn't know if they ran that small or what. Do you think I will need spacers on the back? Thanks Ryan
