tire size question
i have a 2000 magnum 325 with stock tire size 24x8x12 and 24x11.5x12. Can i swap them for 25x8x12? Will there be any issues? Any answers would be great!

WELCOME!!
You should be fine with this increase in tire size.
Al tho the 325 is no power house the small increase in diameter shouldn't be too noticeable. The clearance at the fenders should be a non issue, as long as the springs are not excessively sagging. But be sure you keep the same tire widths as stock! As that's a bigger concern with clearance issues than diameter is.
Also, I advise against going with too aggressive of a tire. Like a Hi Lifter Outlaw or Silverback or similar heavy aggressively tread-ed tire. IF that IS the case, I would also look into a clutch kit. I usually suggest 2" of tire diameter increase, as a good place to begin looking at clutch kits. With the 325, I worry about the exceedingly small amount of power the Lil 325's has, (I have one too. 13 HP IIRC) could be quickly taxed with such an aggressive and heavy tire.

I am sure it would, but fear the repercussions for the loss of floatation would be more offensive. Personally I would not want less than a 10" tire out back and an 11'' would be better...
The old philosophy was a tall skinny tire for mud to get down to the solid ground beneath... But what if the mud is too deep that a tall enough tire is not practical? A wide tire offers flotation on all surfaces. Its better for the environment as it spreads out the surface area and disturbs less earth. We air down our tires for a greater contact patch, in to gain traction and cause less destruction to the trails. Starting from a skinny tire this is less effective.
