Problem with new tires....
So I put the new ITP Mayhem's on my 06 500. I kept with the stock size at 26" but they are literally only a quarter inch or less from rubbing against my control arm and shocks because of how much they toe in. Should I be worried about this? I dont want to come down hard on the quad and it flex in and rub the inside of the tire and put a groove in it and eventually pop. Any easy fix for it? Any help will be appreciative guys! Thanks! If I can tonight I will get a photo of what im talking about and post it for you guys! thanks again!

The way you describe what you call toe in, sounds like you may have some front end sag, not toe in. In other words, you may have weak springs.
Do the top of the tires set in farther than the bottom? If so, then you need spring spacers or HD springs. This will solve your negative camber problem.

I wouldnt think it would be the springs it only has around 1100 miles on it and not like hard miles either. idk i will take a photo tonight.

Racer is correct. When talking front suspension there are three basic word to describe it...
TOE - is front to back on the tire. This is adjustable with the tie rods.
CASTER - is the bottom of the tire forward of the center line or behind it. (Viewed from the side, think under bite) This is NOT adjustable.
CAMBER - is the top and bottom of the tire in or out form the body of the vehicle. It is NOT adjustable on a Polaris.
Your experiencing CAMBER issues. This is caused by fatigued springs or after a lift is installed. The tires cycle they have a bit of a arch to them. When the suspension is fully compressed the tops of the tires will be close together. When you lift the machine from the frame so the tires hang, the tops of the tires will be sticking out.

Maybe... Lift the front of the machine up and set it down. Does it look better now? Can you push it down and have it spring back up some?
I recommend EPI HD springs. It will firm up the plush ride the sportsman's have. But I feel it is an improvement. Its more positive feels tighter to me. Its one of the best things I have done to my machine.
I had to change out my rears after 600 miles and four days riding double... they would sag so badly when pushed down, they would stay down with no one on machine. Then if you lifted it to take the weight off and set it back down... It would slowly compress again...
I swapped my fronts just because of the winch and plow for snow. I figured the extra lift would be helpful. Now I have HDs all the way around and LOVE IT!!

They will not lift the machine past factory levels. BUT, if the springs have sagged, you WILL notice a raise in height.
Your shocks have zero to do with lift. They dampen movement, they do not lift in any way shape or form.
