2008 Sportsman 500. currently running 26" Carlisle ACT's.
I noticed when I went from my stock carlisle 25" tires to the ACT's I lost a little bit of power so I was thinking of the zilla's as a backup for more mud riding. Sounds like the zilla's run small so does that mean the 26" is more like a 25" and the 9" is more like 8"? (would like to not add spacers if at all possible).
I have an extra set of rims so I can switch back and fourth.
It looks like I would drop 15 lbs going to the zillas from the ACT's.
One other thought.....Can I assume the zillas will be better in the mud than the ACT's, how about snow?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Zillas are a good all around tire. Yes, they do run short in height and I'm not sure how they run widthwise.
