New Grim Reapers and ITP SS212's

I got the tires mounted on the new rims and am very happy with the way they look. Tires are 25" Grim Reapers and wheels are 12x7" ITP SS212. The back of the machine went from 47" to 48" and the front went from 47" to 49". I'm very happy with the setup so far. These tires are solid. I'll be surprised if I ever get a puncture. They hardly flex with 4 lbs of air.

Nice set up. Makes the bike look a lot meaner.

Looks good. I would be concerned about the ride quality though if you have no sidewall flex at 4 psi.

Looks Great! When I'm ready for new tires I'm going with the 'Reapers' also.

Every ply has it's purpose. My 8 ply pits are for sharp rock, corn stuble fields, thorn thickets, and things of this nature. My Pits ride just as smooth as my OEM's rode. On the down side, they're not made for riding in your yard, but I didn't buy it for yard riding. Their trail performance is outstanding.

Looks Awesome. Let us know your thoughts after you get some seat time on the tires. We have had good reviews about the excellent ride and handling characteristics of this tire.

I've used the tires for about an hour plowing my driveway. They grip like crazy! My only concern so far is they appear to be way out of balance. I either got a flat spot on a tire from letting it sit for 2 weeks, or the tire/wheels are way out of balance.

I understand that. I just like some sidewall flex to help smooth out the ride. I hope you are right about the ride you get from your PB's. I'm hoping my Rockers will be delivered by this Saturday so I can get them mounted up and test ride. I'm not getting rid of my Bighorns until I get some miles on the Rockers and see if they really are a better tire. Got my fingers crossed.

can you really get flat spots after only 2 weeks of the bike sitting?

if so I really need to buy a ATV jack/stand
