If you do a lot of riding on different terrain then I wouldn't go too aggressive on the tire as you will sacrifice some ride quality on hard pack. I've made the choice to opt for the Interco Swamp Lites as they are aggressive enough for most stuff except maybe mud bogging and did I mention they are a very good priced atv tire?

Can't go wrong with the Bighorns for an all terrain tire. Not a tire for mud bogging, but great for every other type of riding. Nothing will give you a better ride or wear as long. That is all I ran until I decided to try the Pitbulls.

You can't go wrong with either tire. They both wear very well. The Grim Reaper is an 8 ply rated radial but it rides smooth as silk.

Well, I can't completely comment as my tires are still on order... However, did a lot of research and ended up ordering a set of 25.5 Pitbull Growlers over the Bighorns.
I did not want to lose too much power, so I was trying to stay as close to stock size as possible. Plus, did not want any fancy wheels, so I will be mounting on my stock steel wheels.
From what I have read, the Pitbulls are the first tire to surpass the Bighorns. Not to say the BH are bad mind you, just that the PBG are better... Especially since I will not be much wider or taller than factory. I am really looking forward to trying them out, just as soon as Discount get's their crap together. Screwed up the first order, and now has been a week and still no eta even!
But, they were the cheapest and since I have no major rides scheduled, I am good... Although I was looking forward to a little run up the mountain over the NY Holiday.

Good luck in your research, there is a LOT of information out there...

WHS, PM us your order number and we would be happy to get an ETA for you.

We have had great feedback on both the PitBull and GBC Grim Reaper tires. It depends on what you need. The Growlers are a more aggressive tire. Both run very smooth on the trails.

Let us know if we can be of assistance.
