Question Will Polaris wheels pattern match up to a Honda?

A friend with a Honda (soon to own a Polaris) has a chance to buy some Polaris wheels & wondered if the wheel patterns were the same. Does anyone know the pattern of each of them?

typically polaris used a 4/156 pattern and a lot of the jap machines use a 4/100 pattern so, normally no, they will not fit. although if you can get me year and models of both i can try to verify this for you

The honda is a 06 rubicon. The tires he might be purchasing for his old honda ( the rubicon ) are mounted on polaris stock rims he found on craigs list. We have him buying a 09 850 exp. Thanks for your help in advance

To answer the first question on the bolt pattern, no they are not compatatable. The Polaris is uses a 4/156 pattern and the honda is a 4/110 bolt pattern.

They may have anohter problem if he wants to use them on the 850 Xp he is planning on buying. Depending on what the Polaris the craigs list wheels and tires came off of, they may not fit the XP either. The 850 XP has to have 14" wheel, prior to the 2009 XP 850/550's All polaris stock wheels were 12". Meaning unless the wheels and tires came off of an 09/10 XP making them 14's. They won't work in either application, not on his current Honda, nor his future 850.
