Will a sportsman 500 handle 27" zillas?

I'm looking to buy tires for my 06 sportsman 500 HO.

I have a heelclicker clutch kit installed on it.

I don't want to lose much power. I dont' care ANYTHING about top end. The machine runs 57 MPH the way it is and could use toned down some.

Looking at either 26" or 27" zillas.

Anyone have advise?

I just put 27 inch Mud Lite's on my 05 SP700, even after moving the tie rod end and adding washers to the lugs, they rub. You may want to stick with 26's. If you get 27's I'd recommend either getting offset wheels or wheel spacers.

You should be fine with that clutch kit and 27" tires.Like AI guy says, you will need new rims with the right offset or wheel spacers. They will definately rub the strut up front.
