Depends on the 27s
Zillias are narrower than other brands.
It's hard to say without a few more details.

I'm looking at putting 27X9R12 zillas on the front and 27X11R12 zillas on the rear of my 09 800 touring. Will I need spacers in the front because my stock tires are only 25X8R12. Second question is will I even be able to go to the 27 inch tire because I don't want to rub the fenders?

I've found that the stock front wheel has a 4 1/2" backspace. Most of the aftermarket wheels have a 4" backspace. I'm like the kid, what is the width tire you are going to use on the front? If you use 9" tires on the front, it appears to me that you would have to use at least 1" spacer to clear the tierod end. The rear seems to have enough clearance for even 12" wide tires to fit.
