newbie wheel ?

hi, I recently purchased a 1995 300 4x4 2 stroke, what, if any other, polaris wheels have the same bolt pattern? I would like to step up to a 12" wheel with a 2" lift .......which leads to my next question,does anyone know if the
2" superatv.com lift that I have found on this site for the 350l or 335 will fit the 300? I cant find one made for the 300 atv that one looks like it would work, but.... Thanks for any help and if anyone has any tips for this atv that would be great as its my first polaris

So that site says all polaris atv wheels are the same bolt pattern ,is that right?
