I put 27's on my 2013 sportsman 500...I had to install 1 inch spacers due to slight rubbing on tie rods. Got them on ebay. I then had to add fender flares due to covering the wife in mud and dirt! Love the bearclaws though...great ride.

I'm running stock everything, I don't want to upgrade belt, clutch or suspention till the 5 year warranty is up.

Should I stay with the 25x8 12r and 25x10 12r
Or move up to a 26x9 12r and 26x11 12r??

Is there any advantage/ or disadvantage? to having bigger tires? Is the bigger foot print worth the extra weight and losing gear from height?
Well I found some used (But in mint shape) 1 inch spacers locally for $60(Set of 4)

I haven't bought tires yet, I'm still not %100 sure if I want to stay with stock size or go to the 26's. A bigger foot print would be awesome but I also like the way the factory size tires keep all the muck under the fenders...

My quads pretty well put away for winter now so I have a while to figure it out.

I will say this, the tires are noticeably heavier than the stockers.

Don't be surprised if you feel a lose in power on your 570.

My 500 Sportsman was 56 mph stock tires and 56 mph with Bearclaws. Not sure on low end torque in mud yet.

I run them at about 5 lbs. Hardly feel a baseball size rock.

I run 5 psi in the fronts, and 4 psi in the rears.

Can you run the stock rims on the back and the slightly offset on the front with these tires on the 570?

If you want to keep your stock wheels, the rears are fine, but you will need 1" wheel spacers for the front to use the stock wheels up there. You can replace the wheels with a much higher quality, much better looking wheel for about the same price as wheel spacers, which I highly recommend doing, rather than spacers.

The 570's are great. The performance is amazingly close to the 850 out on the trails, except for in the deep snow when riding in the high country. As for performance loss with the HTR's, it's hard to say since I put the Bearclaws on when both were brand new, before ever taking them out on the trails. I will say they have ample power with them on, no regrets at all. Best all around tires I've run on an atv.
