xp550 wheel and spacer question

I have a 2010 550xp non power steering looking at getting ss312 wheels and mudlight tires just not sure if i need spacers or not and what the biggest tire i can run without a lift?

if your getting aftermarket rims you wont need spacers. and the largest i would go is 27's any bigger and you will need a lift and clutch kit.

Love those rims........I have the same bike and would like to hear your thoughts if you pull the trigger on these rims. Also, I was considering the 26" or 27" mud lites on these rims, great looking combination. From what I've read on this forum, this combo is light enough to not impair the hp or performance. Let us know what you decide (and post some pics if possible).

Ok so i pulled the trigger and ordered the 14 inch ss312 wheels and instead of the mud lite tires i went with the maxxis zilla. The reason for the zilla is that they come in 28x9x14 and the mud lites only come in the 10 inch wide and they said they would rub in the front even with a lift. I also ordered a 2 inch super atv lift. i will post pictures after im done if i can figure ut how to post them on here and not be small!!!
