XP wheel offset question

I blew my rear wheel on my last ride. I have been searching for a used one but have not had any luck & can not justify the cost of a new OEM vs aftermarket.

Who makes a wheel that's offset is closest to the factory one? I have has the ITP prior but felt the rears were way to wide at 52+ inches with ITP TerraCross tires and sold them.

Also what if I just use the same front offset on all 4 wheels? Can it be done with the 2 different tire sizes? That should at least give the quad the same width all the way around like stock.

Thanks

Going through a water hole at higher speeds. I guess a rock got in there and when the shock compressed BAM I was done.

Here are the OEM tire/wheel specs. Don't think any aftermarket wheels will have the same offset.
Front OEM Wheels and tires

Weight = 30.25 Lbs

Size = 14" X 6"

Offset = 5/1

Rear OEM Wheels and Tires

Weight = 35.7 Lbs

Size = 14" x 8"

Offset = 7/1

Actually measured tire Heights.

OEM tires

Front 26/8/14 actual measured height = 25"

Rear 26/10/14 actual measured height = 25"

Thanks for the info! I have been in contact with ITP asking the question will they be making a wheel specially for the XP since the current offset is way too wide trails that have the 50 inch gates but they answered no not at this time. I wonder if there are any companies that have a less offset then ITP?

Polaris does have another wheel that fits correctly it's called, Vision wheels. Not sure who makes them. Problem with ITP's and others they don't make the 1" outside offset. Even 5/2's are more like 4/3's. Since this machine is already very wide anything over the 1" outside offset puts it well over 50" wide.

Yes with the ITP wheel & TerraCross R/T tires I was at 54 inches in the rear. I was getting sick of eating mud while everyone else was clean. Thats why I went back to stock.

I agree Thor. It gets wide with the aftermarket wheels on the XP. But on my SP800 it is fine. Too bad ITP does not make proper wheels for the XP.

Black Diamonds on OEM wheels

Hey Thor, Is it possible that the Black Diamond tires you have on the C7 wheels would fit on the Polaris stock wheels? Maybe then the outside offset would be less keeping over-all width down.. I have a set of the Black Diamonds and I am considering giving it a try on my 2012 850 touring.. 26x9x14 front, 26x11x14 rear. I'm thinking they should fit and would hopefully not create any rub issues..
