1997 scrambler 400 4x4 $775 in IN
1997 scrambler 400 2 stroke 4x4 I bought this quad as a project a few months ago. When I bought it it had no plastic, seat, rims/tires. The guy I bought it from I guess sold the parts off it because he said it didnt run. It turned out the coil wire had came loose so put that back on and with some fresh gas it fired right up I ran a tank of gas thru it and ran out of gas and now I can not get it to start back up. Still has spark and good compession seems like it is flooding out. I have spent around $500 replacing fenders, seat, hood, rims, rear pads and so on. It needs a few things like battery, front master cylinder, dash cover and the front tires probably need replaced but still hold air. When it was running it was faster than my 500 scrambler w/exhaust and clutch kit being a 2 stroke there is tons of power. I would like to get what I have in it which is $775 will also include extra rear axle, sprocket, rear fenders. thanks for looking I can be reached at 574-309-0478
