I dropped it off last tuesday and explained everything. The manager was working the service desk and wrote everything down. I waited a week and heard nothing back from them so I stopped in today and the regular service desk woman was in. I asked her about it and her response was " we won't get to even look at it for another 2-3 WEEKS" . I couldn't f@%$#ng believe that response. WTF are they doing there that a person needing warranty work done is suppose to drop their machine off and wait 4 weeks to find out if anything is going to be replaced on warranty and then wait again for god knows how long for them to finish the work?
This place needs to lose it's opportunity to be a Polaris dealer. I am writing to Polaris Canada tonight to complain about this crap. I have owned the machine for a month now and have only been in posession of it for 2 weeks. I am so choked right now and regret spending 11000 bucks on a POS that I figure will not even last the length of my loan agreement.LOL
I am gonna call Rainy Creek Powersports tomorrow and see how busy they are . I learned my lesson about Parkland, gotta stop being a nice guy and not give the benefit of the doubt anymore.

Well, they called me today and apparently they had already looked at it she just didn't notice the notes. Apparently they have a 2 new axles on order and a new steering box and a new rear caliper. They feel that my brake issues are due to a broken rear caliper. As soon as the parts come in they will have it ready for me.LOL
We will see how long this takes. Either they actually did look at it and she didn't know and didn't look or they didn't like me saying that the time frame was ridiculous and that I was gonna come back and take it to Rainy creek.

Good Day B_xp,
Welcome to the thread. Feel free to post anything here, also if you are up for it please stop by the Alberta Riders Community Group on here and add yourself. More members the better and lets you communicate with people in the area to organize rides.

Good Day xBullet,
You can find the Alberta Riders community page by clicking on the Community heading at the top of the Polaris Forum site and then click Social Groups and it should be in the box on the right of the screen under New Groups.
Hope this helps, and welcome to the group.

NE Alberta
Hello from NE Alberta. I live in Fort Kent, a tiny hamlet on the Iron Horse Trail between Cold Lake and Bonnyville.
Picking up my new quad on Monday from Motion Motor Sports in Bonnyville.
Looking forward to getting it out on the trails. Almost bought a RZR but found the quad ride a more fun ride than the side by side. And it should fit in the back of my pickup when I'm pulling our trailer.
