Cap "swelling" up.

Anyone had problems with the Caps on the Koplin 1.5gallon thanks swelling? When I first got them, I didn't have any issue getting the fill neck out of the tank, or the cap off the top of the fill neck. Now after using it for a little bit, I have to take my knife and pry the cap off, then I can't hardly get the cap back on. I also have problems getting the filler in and out of the can itself. I actually ended up pulling all the safety crap off of the filler cause I had such a hard time with it. I spill less fuel now than I did with all that junk on. Anyway, between the two I have, the two my brother have, and the two my dad have, we are all having trouble with this. Anyone else?

Still really like the cans for the price, they don't leak a drop!

I had a problem with the gaskets swelling up and spitting out. I contacted the dealer I bought them from and Kolpin sent me a new style gasket. No more leaks!
