Weekend Riding West of St. Louis, MO

Saturday looks to be the warmest day for a ride. Sunday not bad either. Hit me up if ya want to find out when and where for sure.

Choices:

Moonlite Racing south of Sullivan, MO. Cost is $10 a machine. 600 acres

Friends place near Belle, MO on the Gasconade River. 180 acres

I am probably totally in the wrong spot; but I've been searching different places to:Preferably spend a few days in the country (in perhaps a cabin) to chill from a work year from hell; and relax, possibly do a little hiking, some reading, some soul searching and reflecting, AND SOME 4-WHEELING IN THE AUTUM WOODS!!! Can you help and or refer me. I'm from St. Charles,Mo and would rather not have to go any further than about 2 1/2 hours away. THANKS A BUNCHIN ADVANCE///////////LAD

I mentioned the 2 places in the other post. Neither one has a cabin. Moonlite racing will let you camp. If you camp one night, you have to pay for 2 days of riding and so on. They do have a porta pottie, but I never used it. Spring fed creek as well.

My friend would probably let you camp on a weekend for a similiar fee. He has access to the Gasconade river too, but primative site. He has been hosting some music events there as well.

Let me know what you think. I will be gone the 27 - Labor Day. After that I could ride at either place although work is fixing to get real busy.
