Question "NEW" Lost Trails in PA

Hey has anyone heard anything positive about how they are going to operate Lost Trails at their new location. If you go to the web site..Ride Lost Trails ATV Park. They don't tell you a whole lot. To me it looks like they will have Tracks for dirt bikes and racing quads ONLY. and Guided tours for anything resembling trail riding. Guided tours are nice if you are lost in some Amazon jungle, but when you want to just go out and mess around with your friends, its hard on a Guided tour. It doesn't look like they are just gonna let ya go have fun by yourself. It looks like the Tracks will be cool if you have that kind of machine, but everyone else will be out of luck. It kinda sucks, I hope I am wrong.

I sent them an email from the address they had on the lost trails website.
I asked where the new location would be. I recieved this in an email on Feb 6th.

Tony said this and i quote:

" Yes, we are working on opening in a few weeks.
It will be only 15 minutes north of our old location.
Over 2,000 acres with miles and miles of trails to explore.
We will update our website soon with detail information (new website same web address)
Keep checking our site periodically and I'll keep your email address and send you a notice also.
Tony "

I then replied with more questions but havent heard back as of yet.

Ok they just got back to me again. I asked if there are going to be trails, daily passes, memberships, and if you need reg and insurance. This is what they said:

The new Location is ALL trail riding, quads, dirtbikes, side x sides etc..
The new location is located in Dunmore, right off of route 380 so we will be less than an hour from Stroudsburg.
You will sign waivers and we will have both, Season Passes and Daily Passes just like at the old location.

Did they mention anything about if they require insurance and registration? I'm pretty sure they will. Hoping not, just one more expense.

It opened this past weekend. A rider at another ATV forum posted his review, along with pics:

Ride:
Overall the trails are rocky, but what do you expect riding in the Coal Country Mountains of PA? Some Green trails are more like Blues - could prove a challenge for young or beginning riders. My knees are on fire as I type from 6-7 hrs of pounding. We hit all the trails and some not on the map yet. There are lots of fun creek crossings and muddy spring run off areas. Cool Landmarks like The Reservoir, The Tunnel, Burned out Bus, and "Top of the World" 360° views! There seems to be a lot of future trail ops out there as well. The PAC is BACK! I had a nice conversation with Tony and he's definitely pumped about what the land has to offer.

FYI, the old lost trails location is to reopen under "new management" in a couple of weeks. They said cost for a day permit will be $40 to $50. New lost trails is $35

I assume they are going under the name of Pocono Manor ?? There is a story behind the scenes there, but I feel confident in saying that the new Lost Trails will be a great place to ride for any Eastern PA or NJ riders.
