Would be a little haul for you, but Mines and Meadows is great and has a little of everything you may want.

Correct, they close the Marionville, Timberline, & Rocky Gap trails soon, but I believe Sproul may be open all year. All these are relatively close to you & are well worth the trip. While at Marionville, make sure you do the bike trail also. Trail passes are $35 per quad & are good for the entire year. One pass gets you on all the Allegheny National Forest trails listed above. Enjoy!

If you want to venture into West Virginia, there's the Hatfield & Mccoy trail system.

I was thinking about going down to the Trailfest @ Hatfield/McCoy, but damn that's a long drive, it's 5.5 hours from me, and I am just over 1.5 hours from Erie. Yikes!
