That is where I am from. I will have to check it out the next time I drive that way. Thanks.

I'm from the same area. How did your muffler mod work for you?

It rocks! A member here that I ride with sometimes did it for me. Sounds great, looks good and gives a small power increase.

I was showing it to my older brother whose house I am staying at right now while riding up north and he couldn't believe how good the welds were. Unless you know what stock looks like, you would never know it was gutted and welded. Which is a good thing, because it is nothing to see DNR and forestry daily as you drive through town. They just had a huge forest fire a few weeks ago here, so I'm not trying to upset the locals :-)

I would like to have that done to my 700. I had an aftermarket muffler on my 700 and it woke it up. I couldnt believe the difference. However, it would over heat my machine. Can you shoot me an Email at macdonaldj@oakgov.com?

Thanks for the drawings, I am going to run XP850 wheels on a Polaris RZR and need to make a spacer to get past the centering ring. If anyone is looking for real long studs they can be found at Superatv....

Just remember to make the stud holes .030 or 30 thousandths larger than the spec that I have in the CAD diagram!

RZR studs are 3/8" ... I'm thinking they are big enough if I drill them in the right spot....
