voted for the maxxis bighorns. the stockers on my ride where carlisle 489's. i'm a big dude 5'10" 315lbs. with the stock rims n tires every time i went out i was bending the rims and/or repairing a flat. so i up graded to ipt beadlocks n maxxis bighorn 2.0's. my quad is a completly different beast. from handling to traction in mud, over fallen trees, rocks, u name it totally satisfied with my wheel n tire purchase. haven't had a rim or tire issue since i've upgraded. the reason i bought the bighorns is their reputation. knowing i wouldn't be riding in super thick mud and getting over the high price, i went with them and haven't looked back.

Well its Pit Bull Rockers for me, so far they hook up the best of any tire i have seen so far, and they also have a built in rim guard so no more bent rims.

Best all around:

GBC Grim Reapers.

There is no other choice for mud, rocks, sand, silt, coal hill climbs, durability. They do it all and come back for more.

STI Black Diamonds are tough and ride pretty smooth if you air down.. Also The original Bighorns are great, just stay away from the 2.0. Had lots of issues with punctures with those tires.

How did you make them work with your Touring? Your photo looks like you are still using the stock wheels.
