I have rode both, i am 49 years old in good shape, on these rocky trails in so cal it makes a huge difference. You don't feel a beat up at the end of the day

eps or not?
after riding for a year on a 850 with power steering and watching my buddies struggle in the rocks and rough stuff with out it, i would never buy a quad that was not equiped with eps,

I vote yes and no. This being said if you have a very active job like construction or such I would get the eps. If your like myself and have a office position and do not get much exercise on a daily basis I would go without the eps. I also believe that no cop car should have power steering either, lol! No im not a cop.

If I buy again, i'll get the eps model. ALTHOUGH, i've had friends drive my 850 and they thought I had powersteering because it was easier to steer compared to there bikes. So the steering isnt bad
