Exclamation 2000 magnum 325 shift rods

I have been on here for about 2 hours can some lead me to a site to find out how I can adjust my shifting rods

Question shift rods

well I got no answer
say I was wondering if any one has one of there 2000 325 magnum 4x4
and would take a picture of the rods and the tranny as to were the linkage points attach
when I got mine the low gear rod was missing I got one not sure if it is right position also the guy I got mine from gave one of the linkage pieces that attach to tranny said he broke his ? yeah just wondering these are in wrong direction

Sorry, I didn't see this yesterday.

I think if you look in the maintenance section here, there is a link to digital repair manuals. I prefer paper, but the digital is a lot cheaper.

I will try to remember to take a photo of mine when I go out to the shop again. What I do know is that the rod on the right side at the shifter goes to the right side shift lever at the transmission and the left one goes to the left side. You can adjust them both with the trans in neutral. As far as I know, you just set them up so you can get to all the gears. You should feel the detents and should not have to hold the shifter to keep it there.

1st Machine
2001 Magnum 325 with a blown engine; rebuilt 2004. Broke timeing chain 2016 rebuilt again and still running. Warn winch and Moose 60" plow

Wife's machine:
2007 Sportsman 500 EFI, Polaris Winch, 26" Bear Claw HTRs on Moose 427x Wheels. 12x7 front, 12x8 rear, QSC Clutch Kit
My Trail Machine:
2004 Sportsman 600 Twin, 25" RipSaw Tires on stock steel wheels, Moose rear box
Completed Project machine:
2001 Magnum 325 MOSE with a blown engine. Transplanted a 2005 Magnum 330 engine. Committed suicide on the trail Oct 2016. Spun Rod Bearing after oild cooler line failure. Rebuilding Engine.

was wondering if anyone took a look at the pics and see if the rods look like there in right position

From what I can see, it looks to me like they are. Outside one should go to the same side on the trans and the inside one should go to the inside lever on the trans.
