Arrow FCR Carb Install...help please!

Im new here. Im normally on Suzukicentral...being that I have a LTZ400. I just bought a FCR from an Outlaw 450 mx. Anyways...needless to say I have a few questions that I hope you all can answer for me. I have looked around but was unable to find anything or anyone using these carbs on a Z. So any help is very appreciative.

what is this nipple used for?

what is the upper nipple by the choke for?

im pretty sure i can just plug the one in the first picture being that it just goes straight into the carb throat. but i have no idea about the second one. thank you for any help in advance!

the upper nipple i believe is for the petcock vacuum. not sure about the lower one, but that is one sweet ass carburetor.
