Stalling Issue Now...lol
Alright after 5 or 6 months I finally had the time and figured out my atv. Now that I have the 100's of pieces back together and bike is idling and working fine, however it has a stalling issue. If i'm riding and I let go of the throttle quick sometimes or going down a hill or even hit a large bump it will stall out? Just wondering of some ideas that I can check or fix. I tried turning idling up but it doesnt seem to help. Thinking it has something to do with the floats maybe or......??
Thanks so much

I am not sure but my 06 Outlaw has the same problem. It dies sometimes when I am riding. I think I may need to play with the adjustment in the throttle cable. Mine used to die more but after adjusting the throttle cable it made it better. I don't know if there is an actual problem or if it is a minor adjustment issue. I dont let it bother me too much. I just hit the electric start and I am riding again.

i saw a video on ehow about the electronic control throttle there is two ground wires in the ect box which is on top of the throttle handle and if you have too much play in the throttle they can ground and kill the engine

On mine, there is a little rubber boot over each side of the adjuster right by the throttle. you just roll it back and adjust.
