2007 Outlaw 525IRS
I just got a 525IRS with a powerbomb header, fmf pipe, and its been jetted. I love the quad just having a few issues with finding nutral and shifting it into reverse. The quad only has 20 hours on it maybe its just that the bike needs to be broke in more.. Does anyone else have these issues as well?.

not many people comment in the outlaw part, as seen in my thread, neutral is half up it is annoying to find but when you ride for awhile the trans warms up and it gets alot easier. mine is actually easier to go from 2nd gear. i havent had any probs with reverse tho just make sure u got it in first then push ur overide and shift down again
|

Yup...They all do it. It's rough but you will get use to it. Hangin out at the dealership near my house and everyone I talk to has experienced the same thing. Easier to go from second down and may seem easier if your still rolling. No problems with reverse. Very simple setup for reverse i've seen bragged up alot.

Ty im racing it at a supercross for the first time here in vs tomarrow I don't think im ready yet but o well lol

well good luck at ur races, mine is starting to have problems shifting into reverse, so i just let out on the clutch a little then it clicks in, not sure if this means i need to bleed the clutch or dont have enough oil in it

The race went great I took second. Now this weekend im doing dirt drags. Time to try out the NOS.
