check ebay for plasitcs. maier plastics are great but very spendy. i have run wheels spacers and still do they are good, but not as good as extended arms and hubs. rath racing makes very nice billet +3 hubs. i have run them for years they are bullet proof. here is a link

Rath Racing Online Store: KTM450/525/505

I have checked with Maier, prices are great but expensive shipping to Canada 200+. So you run the MX version of the hubs which make it a 6+ kit or 1.5" per side ? What should i do for the front ??

Want to make it wider just for the handling and stability, a lot of fast trails through the woods were i live. Its seems like Rath is the company that makes a majority of the parts for the 525s. Is there any other company to look at ?

it is 1.5 inches per side. then i run spacers in the front.

here are the one i run on e one of them.

Polaris 850 550 ATV Wheel Spacers 4/156 1 1/2 Wide | eBay

here are the one i run on another

Two 2.0" Wheel Spacers 4/156 to 4/156 10mm Lug | eBay

the other one i run rath +3 a arms

here is how they look widened out in a row.

the 2 polaris predators are 50 inches wide in the front and rear. the outlaw is 51 inches wide in the front and 53 inches wide in the rear.

it is a 2007. it has 2008 plastics, with a maier hood. 2009 heel guards 2009 seat with pin latch and a quad tech seat cover. with ims roll pegs with kickups. i have fox float front shocks. with 2006 outlaw 500 irs rear fox podium resi shocks with quad rate springs valved for a 250 pound guy(too bad i am 275lbs). a hot cam. 41.6mm bored carb. a fmf megabomb pipe and hmf sport silencer. a pro flo intake with k&n filter and prefilter outerware. a lc1 innovate wideband o2 sensor and gauge. asv levers and mounts, honda front brake master cylinder. predator spindals, with hard core hubs and tapered bearings. hpd steering stabilizer. flex bars. rath anti vibe steering stem. polaris bob oil cooler adapter with a lockhart oil cooler. inline coolers. odi grips. teixeira upper and lower balljoints, and thermostat eliminator kit. custom built lowering lower a arms. douglas ultimate beadlock rims. 51 inches wide in front and 53 inches wide in rear. lowered front and rear 2.5 inches. pure polaris front bumper. pro armor rear grab bar. stiffer stainless rear swaybar. maxxis razr 2 front tires maxxis razr pr 10 inch rear tires.

so my question is what haven't i done. answer big bore, oversized valves a wilder cam and porting. i am buying a second engine right now and i am going to send it off to dave hopkins and have him build a fire breathing 570 to get just a bit more power i am looking for 65hp.

the thermostat eliminator kit lets it run cooler and blocks off the lower cylinder bypass hose. hot coolant will flow back into your cylinder when the thermostat is closed or when the flow is more than the thermostat can take.

i got mine from teixeira tech

Product Detail

here is my review of it on my site.

Polaris Pro Riders

the lowering arms lower the front for free. that is why i use them. i will try rath arms when i have an extra $500 at the same time as i find a used set for that amount or less. i am not a racer so a grand for a arms is not in the budget.
